Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Digital Finance Application of Hunan Residents——An Empirical Study of 309 Households in Hunan Province

本文通过对309户湖南省居民进行实地调研，从数字支付使用、数字信贷使用、数字金融投资等方面分析居民家庭数字金融的使用现状和存在的问题。研究发现，湖南省居民在数字金融使用中面临着居民金融素养较低、难以正确使用数字金融产品、数字金融产品复杂多样难以理解等障碍。本文最后针对上述问题提出了促进湖南省居民合理使用数字金融的对策建议。

Based on a field survey of 309 households in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of digital finance among households from the use of digital payment,digital credit,digital financial investment and other aspects.It is found that the residents of Hunan province are faced with obstacles such as low financial literacy and difficulty in correcdy using digital financial products,and the complexity and diversity of digital financial products.Finally,this paper puts forward countenneasures and suggestions to pr...
