随着农民专业合作社规模的扩大,其内部治理方面的问题日益突出。文章通过湖南省农民专业合作社治理现状的调查和分析,发现大部分合作社存在着治理机制不健全、决策机制不完善、监督机制弱化、激励机制缺乏等问题,主要是由于成员综合素质不高、合作社异质性的存在、盈利能力不强、外部环境不理想等原因引起的,进而从决策、监督、经营、激励、利益分配、政策保障这六个方面提出了优化建议。

With the expansion of the scale of farmers＇ professional cooperatives, the problem of internal governance has become more and more prominent.
