食品生产工艺中的词汇不同于日常交际英语中的基本词汇,它有大量专业术语。对于食品生产工艺各环节出现的术语翻译进行探讨，就如何进行食品科技翻译进行分析和提供策略，有助于为我国食品生产走向国际化奠定基础。
