The Effect of New Rural Collective Economy on Promoting Common Prosperity

伴随农村集体产权制度改革的持续推进，新型农村集体经济不断发展壮大，促进共同富裕的作用愈加凸显。在阐述新型农村集体经济与带动农民共富的内在关联的基础上，总结了新型农村集体经济发展带动农民共富的主要途径。基于全国总量数据分析发现，我国新型农村集体经济发展面临着集体经济基础薄弱、集体资产分布不均衡、集体经济发展能力弱、经营管理型人才匮乏、集体资产管理相关制度与法律不完善等问题，因此应通过拓宽农村集体经济的发展路径、发展多种形式股份合作制、加强人才队伍建设、强化政府财政政策扶持、加快农村集体经济组织立法进程等途径来促进新型农村集体经济发展。
