Objective To investigate the metabolic regulation mechanism of tea polyphenols and other natural antioxidants antagonizing cigarette smoke damaging HEK293 cells and its JAK2/STAT3. Methods Eight kinds of antioxidants, tea polyphenols, resveratrol, vitamin C, rutin, quercetin, chlorogenicacid, anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins, were added to cigarette filters and the smoke was collected.
