运用文献资料、访谈调查、数理统计等方法,以湖南4所高校大学生的体质健康数据为证,从指标设置、测试成绩和等级评价等方面,分析了当前大学生体质健康测评指标的科学性、合理性以及相互之间的替代兼容性,并针对其存在的问题,提出了进一步修订大学生体质健康测评指标体系的参考意见。
