以培两优E32（高节位再生型）和培两优210（低节位再生型）为代表组合，研究了两种再生类型杂交稻的腋芽在母体与离体条件下的再生特性差异。结果表明，母体条件下，培两优E32腋芽再生率表现倒2节〉倒3节〉倒4节趋势，而培两优210表现相反；离体条件下，两组合各节位腋芽再生率均提高，并均以倒4节腋芽再生率最高；离体条件下再生稻株高与穗长均随节位下降而明显提高；母体与离体条件下鼹组合再生稻穗粒数均随节位下降而提高，但离体条件下的提高幅度更大；离体条件下再生稻穗粒数较母体条件下显著提高，且提高幅度随节位下降而增大，培两优210表现更为明显。可见，杂交稻腋芽再生率与穗粒数在去...

Two two-line hybrid rice combinations, Peiliangyou E32 and Peiliangyou 210, were used as representa- tive combinations of high-node-ratooning type and low-node-ratooning type, respectively, to study the ratooning characteristics of axillary buds of these two different ratooning types of hybrid rice in vivo and in vitro.
