发展农产品加工贸易,是提高农业综合效益和农民收入的重要途径。文章通过对湖南省农产品加工贸易产业结构升级与影响因素的相关性分析得出,技术进步对湖南省农产品加工贸易产业链的整体提升有一定作用,而其他因素推动力不足,指出促进湖南省农产品加工贸易转型升级发展可以着重于整体提升和延长湖南省农产品加工贸易产业链,并提出了加强政府对农产品加工贸易的宏观指导,加大科技研发投入,拓宽农产品加工企业融资渠道等发展对策。

Developing agricuhural products processing trade is an important way to raise the comprehensive benefit of agriculture and the farmers＇ income.
