分析禾本科芒属（Miscanthus Anderss．）2种植物的核型。结果为：2种植物染色体数目均为38，芒（M．sinensis）的核型为：2n=38=28m＋10sm；五节芒（M．floridulus）的核型为：2n=38=24m＋14sm。2个种均无随体染色体出现，核型都属于2B类型。芒和五节芒的核型均为首次报道。

The present paper deals with the karyotypes of M. sinensis Anderss. and M. floridulus （ Lab. ） Warb. ex Schum. et Laut from Mt. Lushan and Nanchang,Jiangxi Province. The analysis results are as follows： M. sinensis, 2n = 38 = 28m ＋ 10 sm and M. floridulus, 2n = 38 = 24 m ＋ 14 sm. The chromosomes are small and no satellite chromosomes have been found.
