从具体形式及分类、形成原因、绩效及存在的问题、对策和建议等四个方面对农村土地股份合作制研究展开了述评,指出了当前研究的特点和不足。认为当前土地股份合作制研究存在研究类型和区域较为单一、研究缺乏连续性等问题。另外,对于土地股份合作制形成原因的解释还存在一些矛盾、结论性评价的依据和标准略显简单、对策及建议有待系统和深入。

This article reviews the rural land stock cooperative system research from four areas of the specific form and classification ,causes,performance and the existing problems,suggests and so on. Finally, it summarizes the current study and points out it＇ s characteristics and shortcoming. This article holds that the study＇ s type and region are single and the study of the current land stock cooperative system lacks continuity.
