Regional Unevenness in the Construction of Digital Villages in China:Influencing Factors and Their Spatial Spillover Effects

基于2015—2020年中国31个省份面板数据，建立数字乡村建设水平评价指标体系，采用基于熵值法的综合评价模型、Kernel核密度估计和空间计量模型，实证分析数字乡村建设的现状特征、区域差异和影响因素的空间溢出效应。结果表明：中国数字乡村建设水平的整体变动趋势呈现“N”型特征，数字信息基础处于较高水平，数字生活服务和数字人才队伍则处于较低水平。随着时间推移，数字乡村建设水平省际差距有所扩大，东西部地区极化特征明显。产业结构升级对数字乡村建设有显著的正向空间溢出效应，城乡收入差距则产生显著的负向空间溢出效应。据此，建议强化问题意识，补齐短板弱项；坚持系统思维，增强...
