牡蛎（Oyster）为世界性广布种,是我国重要的海水养殖对象。由于牡蛎的贝壳随其生活环境的变化而发生极大的变化,导致了牡蛎的物种组成及分布问题存在很大的分歧。采用传统的形态学、解剖学等方法已不能完全解决牡蛎的分类问题。近年来,随着分子生物学技术在牡蛎分类方面的广泛应用,通过采用形态分类和分子生物学技术相结合已成为了解决牡蛎分类问题的重要手段。本文就中国牡蛎分类方法的研究进行综述。

Distributed widely in the world,oyster is one of the most important maricultural species in China.Many confusions and disagreements exist in oyster composition and distribution because its shell shape is changing with different environment.In view of the fact mentioned above,such traditional methods as morphology and anatomy could not entirely solve its taxonomy.Nowaday,with the molecular biological technology being widely used in oyster discrimination,combination of morphological taxonomy with molecular phylogenetics has become an important way to solve the classification problem.This paper f...
