环境响应性聚合物可以响应温度、pH值、磁场、光等环境刺激的微小变化,将其作为载体材料可使药物根据不同的作用靶标和环境选择性实现药物的可控释放,在医药和农药领域受到研究者的关注。综述了温度、pH值、光、磁及复合型响应性聚合物作为载体材料在可控释放载药微球制备领域的应用,分别评述了载药微球的制备和响应机制。最后展望了环境响应性聚合物在医药和农药微球制备领域的发展,提出复合型响应性聚合物是未来研究的热点。

Environmental responsive polymers,which can responded the infinitesimal change of temperature,pH value,magnetic field and light in the external environment,are used as carrier material to realize the controlled release of drugs according to alter function target and environmental selectivity.It has been concerned by researchers in the fields of medicine and pesticide.The temperature,pH,light,magnetic and compound type responsive polymer as carrier material applied in the field of drug-loaded microspheres preparation were summarized.The preparation and response mechanism of drug-loaded microsph...
