基于CHNS2000年、2004年、2006年和2009年的数据,运用双重差分法分析我国新型农村合作医疗制度对农民减贫及增收产生的效果,结果表明:新农合对农户收入具有显著的正面影响,使得参合农户的家庭人均收入平均增长了8.94个百分点,且该影响有一定持续性；新农合对农户收入的正向影响在家庭规模较小、劳动力平均文化程度较高、儿童占比较低的家庭中更强.基于以上分析,政府应当继续大力推行新农合制度的全面实施,加强农户的新农合知识及其他相关教育,并注重医疗补偿机制、监控医疗服务价格等配套措施的完善,最大限度提高新农合政策效益.

Using difference - in - differences estimation methods, this study conducts an empirical analysis of New Cooperative Medical System on rural poverty and farmers＇ incomes based on CHNS 2000, 2004, 2006, and 2009 survey data.
