农业产业集群的升级是农业经济发展的客观要求,对农村城镇化的发展具有重要推动作用。农业产业集群的演化体现出一定的生命周期,基于演化视角下研究农业产业集群形成、成长、成熟和衰退的四个阶段,选用熵值法来测定农业产业集群发展所处的阶段,结果发现湖南农业集群处于成长期并正在持续发展,具有升级的必要性。因此,从政府的角度提出相关对策以促进湖南农业产业集群的升级。

The upgrading of agricultural industrial clusters is the objective requirement of the development of agricultural economy, and has important impetus to the development of agricuhral urbanization. Agricultural industrial cluster evolution reflects a certain life cycle, based on the perspective of the evolution to study agricultural industry cluster formation, growth, maturity and recession as four stages, used entropy method to determination of agricultural industry cluster development stage.
