Based on the common characteristics of Classic Customer Satisfaction Index ACSI and the features of land acquisition compensation as a public policy, a CSI model of farmers＇ satisfaction of land acquisition compensation is built, whose degree of fitting has been tested by designing a questionnaire and collecting data.
