A study on residue behavior of pymetrozine in paddy field was carried out. A HPLC method for the determination of pymetrozine residue was used. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3OH and H20 at a ratio of 30:70 (by vol) and with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The minimum detectable concentration of the method was 7.5×10^-3mg/kg.
