集中安置移民相比分散安置移民的生计资本总量显著增加。其中,移民物质和社会资本显著增加,自然资本显著减少,且物质和社会资本增加量大于自然资本减少量,而金融和人力资本增加量没有显著差异。安置点选择、家庭非农就业占比会显著影响移民生计资本,进而对搬迁减贫效应产生显著影响。据此提出,易地搬迁要完善安置区基础条件,增加移民社会资源禀赋,加大就业扶持和产业发展,调整土地、财政金融扶持政策,以保证移民生计可持续性发展。
