Relationship between Non-Pathogenic Bacteria from Eggs of Healthy Laying Ducks and Flora Structure in the Genital Tract and Cecum

目的：旨在了解健康产蛋母鸭（麻鸭）的鸭蛋内是否存在细菌菌群，与母鸭生殖道和盲肠细菌菌群是否有关。方法：解剖健康产蛋母鸭，取其生殖道和盲肠组织以及体内软壳鸭蛋和体外硬壳鸭蛋的蛋内容物，利用平板计数法进行可培养细菌计数，MiSeq高通量测序分析未培养细菌菌群的多样性和相关性。结果：各样品菌落总数大小的顺序为盲肠＞生殖道＞硬壳蛋＞软壳蛋；细菌基因序列分属于56个门和1 319个属，盲肠和生殖道细菌丰度值较大、物种的均匀度较好，优势菌属有拟杆菌属（Bacteroides）、巨单胞菌属（Megamonas）和弯曲杆菌属（Campylobacter）等，而软壳蛋和硬壳蛋的物种更丰富且优势集中性较高，假...
