Screening of the High-Quality Strains of Aphidius gifuensis in Chenzhou Area

为筛选出适宜在郴州地区扩繁和释放的优良品系,在湖南郴州地区收集、鉴定了不同地域的烟蚜茧蜂地理种群.结果表明:在郴州地区野外采集寄生了烟蚜茧蜂的僵蚜43批次,通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定分析,在室内建立了烟蚜茧蜂品系25个.对比各个品系的发育历期、成虫寿命和产卵量,发现茧蜂品系4(汝城)表现最佳,茧蜂品系23(宜章)和茧蜂品系6(桂东)等也可作为扩繁的第二梯队候选对象.对比初选的8个品系在不同温度处理下的存活率和寄生率发现,茧蜂品系4(汝城)虽然不是全面最优,但整体优于其他品系;在试验条件下,其存活率最高可达94.3％,寄生率最高可达81.7％.研究还发现,在同一温度下,相对湿度超过60％时,...
