Expressions of cyclinD1 and P16 in nephroblastoma

目的:探讨cyclinD1和P16蛋白在肾母细胞瘤发生发展中的作用及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法:应用免疫组化法测定36例肾母细胞瘤和8例正常肾脏组织中cyclinD1和P16蛋白的表达.结果:(1) 肾母细胞瘤中cyclinD1及P16蛋白的表达阳性率分别为55.56%(20/36)、61.11%(22/36);肾母细胞瘤组cyclinD1蛋白表达与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),瘤组织P16蛋白表达与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(2) 肾母细胞瘤的组织分型、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移对cyclinD1和P16蛋白表达的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05).(3) cyclinD1蛋白与P16蛋白的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论:(1) cyclinD1蛋白的高表达与肾母...
