文章综述了黄羽肉鸡氨基酸需要量的评定方法及其主要必需氨基酸需要量的研究进展,总结黄羽肉鸡对赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸以及苏氨酸的需要量。由于黄羽肉鸡种类较多,品种之间生长阶段划分不同,根据已有研究将黄羽肉鸡的生长划分为三个阶段:赖氨酸需要量第一阶段（1～28日龄）0.90%～1.13%,第二阶段（29～56日龄）0.77%～1.10%,第三阶段（57日龄至上市）0.75%～0.86%;蛋氨酸三个阶段需要量分别为0.42%～0.45%、0.29%～0.42%、0.24%～0.35%;色氨酸三个阶段需要量分别为0.17%～0.21%、0.18%～0.22%、0.17%～0.19%;苏氨酸三个阶段需要量分别为0.71%～0.87%、0.67%～0.78%、0.64%～0.77%。

In this paper,the evaluation methods of amino acid requirements of yellow-feather broilers,the research progress of main essential amino acid requirements and the requirement of lysine,methionine,tryptophan and threonine for yellow-feather broilers were summarized.Because there are many kinds of yellow-feather broilers and different growth stages of different breeds,according to the existing research,the growth of yellow-feather broilers was divided into three stages in this paper.The lysine requirement was 0.90%to 1.13%at the first stage(1 to 28 days of age),0.77%to 1.10%at the second stage(2...
