该文试从福柯的话语观出发，引入福柯的“权力话语”理论，并以（（2013年中国政府工作报告》英译本中的相关“中国英语”词句及表达形式为研究依据．分步浅析“中国英语”英译的策略．力求促进“中国英语”在中国话语建构中发挥作用，为现代英译者提供英译理论参考。
