该文通过梳理新时代农民素质教育的内涵,聚焦新时代农民素质教育面临的困境,并针对性的提出政府必需保障农民素质教育的供给,加大农民素质教育投入等相应对策,为新时代农民素质教育提供参考,以期推动农民素质教育进步,培育满足新时代需要的农民。
