国际法的发展应遵循一定的价值要求，否则很难成为国际社会的良法。因此，非常有必要探讨国际法的价值。文章论述了国际法价值的舍义、内容、意义与实现。国际法的价值是指国际法对于国家及全人类所具有的意义，是国际法对于国家、全人类需要的满足。国际法价值内容包括和平与安全、生存与发展、秩序与正义。随着人类社会的发展，国际法价值的内容也在不断发展变化，国际法的价值多元化已经成为国际法发展的重要特征。国际法价值是国际法历史演进中的动力，是国际立法进程中判断善恶的准则，是引导主权国家行为的重要因素。国际法价值实现的最佳途径是国际合作。

The development of international law should comply with certain value requirements, otherwise it fails to be a good law for international society.
