Testing of Environmental Kuznets Curve Between the Development of Agricultural Economy and Pollution Emission. Data Analysis Based on Hunan Province

生猪养殖业是湖南农业经济增长的重要一翼,但其所带来的环境污染问题也不容忽视.科学计算生猪养殖业的二氧化碳排放量,探讨其与农业经济增长的关系,对制定养殖环境减排政策具有重要的指导意义.基于环境库兹涅茨曲线模型假说,依据湖南省1989—2013年的相关统计数据,在对湖南全省及主产区生猪养殖碳排放总量进行测算的基础上,将其与反映农业经济发展水平的农民人均纯收入之间的关系进行了检验.最后依据分析结果,提出促进湖南生猪养殖业可持续发展的对策建议.

Pig breeding industry is an important wing of the development of Hunan agricultural economy, but the corresponding environmental problems can not be ignored.
