论文试图以我国农业上市公司为研究对象,综合考虑我国农业上市公司的实际情况,将因子分析法应用于农业上市公司综合经营业绩评价中,建立了上市公司的业绩评价指标体系,从农业上市公司的盈利能力、资产营运能力、偿债能力方面入手,通过选取其中十多项反映企业经营业绩的综合指标对我国农业上市公司进行因子分析,采用SPSS软件进行因子分析,运用主成分法提取能反映公司大部分重要信息的重要因子,根据特征值、方差贡献率来选定重要因子,计算了因子得分及对公司进行综合排名,通过横向和纵向的比较来评价农业上市公司的业绩综合情况.

The paper attempts to take Chinese agricultural listed companies as the object of study and considers the actual situation of Chinese agricultural listed companies to establish the index system of performance evaluation by using the factor analysis method for the performance evaluation in agricultural listed company.
