百里香酚是一种天然的单萜酚类物质,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎等多种生理功能。百里香酚是百里香精油的主要活性成分之一,具有提高动物免疫力、提升畜产品品质等作用。文章就百里香酚的主要生理功能、作用机制及国内外最新研究成果进行综述,旨在为百里香酚在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
