为实现烟农对烟草病虫害信息的管理，在Windows环境下，使用Access开发了烟草病虫害信息管理系统。该系统具有烟草病虫害信息的输入、删除、修改、查询等功能，系统不仅界面友好、易学易用，且系统稳定，具有功能全面等优点。
