通过对长沙先导试点区闲置土地现状的调研,利用主成分分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,对长沙先导区的闲置现状进行了评价,了解了经济、社会、形成原因等因素的差异性和相关性,很好地识别了各个因素的因子主成分。同时,对具有相似性质的区域进行了聚类,有效地划定了不同级别。
