分析了湖南省农业科技人才的现状，指出了农业科技人才管理信息平台开发的意义与思路，提出了农业科技人才队伍建设要坚持政府主导、统筹兼顾、因地制宜、服务发展的基本原则，通过构建农业科技人才管理信息平台，建设有利于农业科技人才辈出的良好环境，提高农业科技人才队伍的整体素质，建立发挥农业科技人才作用的激励机制，为农业科技人才发挥作用创造条件。

In this article the current status of agricultural science and technology talents in Hunan Province was analyzed, and the significance and ideas of information platform development for talents management of agricultural science and technology were pointed out.
