本文从中央一号文件《关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》出发,通过分析农业科技文献信息在农业现代化建设中的重要性,从加强利用农业科技文献信息服务功能出发,提出了农业科技文献信息为农业现代化建设服务的新模式。
