本文在政府提出全民阅读的国家战略的高度上,分析了图书馆在信息化阅读时代的服务现状,将新型的图书馆信息生态循环服务理念运用到全民阅读的推广活动中,在归纳了其概念、特征、体系构建的基础上,探讨了其在全民阅读推广中应用的的必然性、重要性和具体措施。
