在我国“双一流”建设的时代背景下,高校领军人才的培养和需求显得愈发迫切和紧要。本文选取两院院士和***为高校领军人才代表,分别量化比较高校领军人才和高校排名的数量关系。结果表明:高校领军人才是建设一流大学的主力军;一流大学是高校领军人才成长的沃壤;两者互为基础,相辅相成,相互依赖。
