Comparison of hepatopancreas energy state and serum anti-oxidant capacity between grass carps with different hepatopancreas lipid content

　　为了从局部水平探讨草鱼肝胰脏脂肪过量蓄积发生的生化基础,分别采用液相色谱法、电镜切片以及常规化学分析方法对肝脂含量分别为3％-4％,7％-8％,11％-12％,15％-16％的草鱼肝胰脏中腺苷酸含量、肝胰脏超微结构以及血清抗氧化指标等进行了检测和分析。

　　To study the biochemical basis of excessive lipid accumulation in the hepatopancreas of grass carp.ATP,ADP andAMP in hepatopancreas with different lipid content(3%-4%,7%-8%,11%-12%,15%-16%,respectively)were detected by high pressure liquid chromatograph.Hepatopancreas ultrastructures as well as the anti-oxidant capacity of serum were also studied by electron microscopic and conventional chemical methods,respectively.Results indicated that both ATP and energy charge decreased with the increase of hepatopancreas lipid accumulation.Though,sign...
