The seroprevalence of porcine cytomegalovirus (PCMV) and sapovirus (SaV) infections in pigs was investigated in Hunan province, China, between May 2005 and October 2010. A total of 500 pig serum samples collected from 10 representative administrative regions in Hunan province were evaluated for antibodies against PCMV and SaV using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
