以某大学图书馆的借阅数据为例,采用数据挖掘（Data Mining）技术,分析读者群在某时段利用图书馆的历史记录,推断出不同层次的读者行为特点,根据其行为特征判断他们对图书馆文献信息服务需求差异;根据其需求信息及时提供专业的个性化服务,同时也能为图书馆优化馆藏提供科学的依据,更好地提高高校图书馆文献资源保障率。

This paper used data mining technology to analyze the readers＇ historical records in the library at a timeaccording to the borrowing data of a certain university library. Through the statistical analysis of records at a time, it inferred the readers＇ behavior characteristics of different level, and determined their different demands of libraryliterature information service according to the behavior characteristics.
