通过对图书馆信息生态圈风险的识别、原因分析、风险防范评估、风险管理及相应措施进行研究,运用信息生态理论、风险管理理论,采用逻辑分析方法,在分析图书馆信息生态圈风险的表现及原因的基础上,构建图书馆信息生态圈风险防范体系,提出图书馆信息生态圈风险防范应采取从人力密集型到知识密集型、从订购资源到开放获取、从传统服务到嵌入性学科服务、从文献信息服务到数字知识服务、从固定用户到移动用户转变等措施。

Through the analysis on risk recognition,risk factors,risk evaluation,risk management and the corresponding measures,this paper tried to construct the risk prevention system,to guide the normal operation of library information ecology circle.Based on the existing research results,it used the information ecology theory,risk management theory and logical analyses,to explore the risk performance and cause,and proposed the risk prevention measures in the library information ecology circle.The risks of library information ecology circle were mainly construction risk,operation risk and the risk of s...
