农村基础设施投资是农民增收的有效途径之一,是解决"三农"问题的有效手段之一。文章主要采取了理论分析和对比分析相结合的方法,对农村基础设施投融资问题进行历史分析。并确定农村基础设施投资模式的选择标准,从基础设施的性质、经济发展、经济效率和公平性四个方面,分析比较了社会主义新农村建设中基础设施的投资模式。最后,提出新农村建设中基础设施的投资模式选择的对策。

Investment on rural infrastructure is a particularly effective way to increase farmers income and one of the effective means to solve the ＂ three issues in rural＂. The thesis makes a history analysis on investment and financing of rural infrastructnre.
