专利引证网络结构可分为开放型和封闭型,两种结构的不同特征可能会改变某些因素与专利价值的关系,但大多数学者在研究专利价值的影响因素,只考虑某一因素对专利价值的影响,而忽略专利所处的专利引证网络的结构对专利价值及其影响因素之间的调节作用,这样得到的结果必然是不完备的。基于此,将研究专利的特征向量中心性和专利PageRank对专利价值的影响,同时也探究不同的网络结构是否会改变专利PageRank与专利价值之间的关系。从 Thomson Innovation数据库中选取2004-2010年LED专利的面板数据用于回归分析。实证结果表明,特征向量中心性与专利价值之间存在显著的正向关系;专利PageRank对于专利价值...
