为了分析生猪专业合作社在生猪供应链中的弹性,研究基于垂直协作理论,以四个生猪专业合作社为调研对象,采用案例分析的方法分析了垂直协作促进合作社在农业供应链中弹性的过程与特征,构建了垂直协作促进合作社弹性发展的过程模型。结果表明:随着合作社与其上下游垂直协作的加强,合作社对于环保政策风险、价格波动风险和疫病风险的抵御能力也逐渐增强,从而实现了弹性水平的提高。
