大学生科技创新活动是高校育人的重要内容，开展大学生科技创新活动，对于培养大学生的科技创新意识，提高大学生的科技创新能力都具有极其重要的意义。大学二年级和三年级学生是大学生科技创新项目的主要参与者，根据参与者人员的特点，为了更好地发挥大学生科技创新项目在大学生科教创新培养中的作用，作者提出：在大学生科教项目的实施过程中应明确大学生科技创新项目的培养目标和重点；创造良好的培养学生创新能力的环境和参与机会等。
