本文在分析金融学特色专业开展沙盘实训的意义的基础上,分析当前我国金融学特色专业开展沙盘实训存在着实训室建设投入经费较少、师资队伍建设落后、少数学生对沙盘实训不够重视、沙盘模拟教学与实际金融行业有差距等问题,并从加大对沙盘实训的投入力度、不断提升师资队伍综合素质、重视金融沙盘实训课、建成系统的沙盘实训教学资源等方面提出相关的对策建议。
