城市化的物质本质是一种最强烈的土地利用变化,土地资源配置、土地利用空间格局以及土地利用变化驱动都与城市化密切相关。为此,综述了土地资源配置研究中的城市化政策、城市用地集约利用以及优化配置的技术;并针对土地利用空间格局涉及的城市与农村地域格局、立体发展格局以及遥感等技术的应用展开了综述;同时,综述了土地利用变化驱动面临的耕地非农化、土地利用/覆盖变化、土地生态问题;最后,提出了利用系统动力学原理研究城市化与土地利用变化耦合的设想。

The physical nature of urbanization is the strongest land-use changes. The allocation of land resources, land use spatial pattern and the driving forces of land-use changes are closely related to urbanization. First, the urbanization policy, the intensive use of urban land and the optimal allocation technology of land resources allocation are reviewed.
