我国小型联合收获机普遍存在收获质量不高的问题,如何提高其清选装置的清选效果是现阶段工作的难点和重点。为此,通过研究国内外小型联合收获机清选技术与装备表明,我国现用的清选装置存在结构复杂及清选效果不理想等问题。由于清选装置应向简单高效、低耗适用综合发展,因而提出了以气流清选为主加强气力流场的研究、借助先进的设计软件寻求合理的参数组合、利用帕累托最优法则寻找清选含杂率和损失率的最优点、智能测产系统在清选装置上的应用及协同攻关开发适用的清选装置的对策和建议。

In view of the problem that the harvest quality is not high , how to improve the cleaning effect is difficult and important .This paper reviewed the study status quo of cleaning equipments and technologies at home and abroad .It showed that the cleaning device of our country is complex ,the cleaning effect is not good .The development should be to-ward simple and efficient , low consumption applicable comprehensively .The strategies , probing air cleaning mainly to strengthen study the flow field ,with the advanced design software for a reasonable combination of parameters ,use Pareto law to l...
