本文在调查我校职教师资教学技能培养实践环节现状前提下,针对我校职教师资教学技能培养过程中出现的问题,在分析教学技能培训模式基础上,结合我校实际状况并作了一定改革,提出引用微格教学原理,利用现代教育技术,引导职业教育硕士参与,建立稳定的教育实习场所来训练和提高职教师资的教学技能,为职业学校提供合格的师资.
