高质量心理融入是城市农民工完全市民化的内在表现。借鉴社会互构论，构建PEI-HQPI城市农民工高质量心理融入影响因素分析模型，采用二元Logistic回归法对其进行实证检验。结果表明，47.8%的城市农民工没有实现高质量心理融入，个体特征因素中的受教育程度对高质量心理融入具有显著正向作用，外显因素中的工资按时发放、社区活动参与和社区服务的正向谐变效应同样显著，内隐因素中生活差异、城市冷漠和城市排斥具有逆向递变作用。因此，有必要通过加强技能培训和自我学习、强化企业诚信建设等途径，促进城市农民工高质量心理融入。
