A hydrogen peroxide biosensor was fabricated based on the cytochrome c(Cyt c) immobilized graphene-L-cysteine modified GC electrode. The obtained film of Cyt c/graphene-L-cysteine was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemistry method. The direct electrochemistry of Cyt c was realized at the Cyt c/graphene-L-cysteine modified GC electrode and thoroughly investigated. The electrocatalysis oxidation of hydrogen peroxide on Cyt c/graphene-L-cysteine/GC electrode was also studied.
