该文对芡欧鼠尾草的植物学性状、种质资源、栽培等研究进行了综述,对芡欧鼠尾草在中国种植过程中出现的花期迟、产量低的原因进行了介绍,对如何解决芡欧鼠尾草在中国种植出现花期迟、产量低的技术途径进行了设想,重点介绍了奇亚籽的营养成分和保健价值,旨在为芡欧鼠尾草资源的合理利用提供思路.
