以信息不对称边际效应递减合作为研究对象，通过构建模型得出信息劣势方所遭受的损失，以此来确定信息的价值。结果显示：信息价值大小与信息优势方在合作总投资中的投资占比和总收益中的收益占比有关；信息优势方在合作中的投资占比与收益占比大小能够决定信息价值来源性质。因此，保持合作方投入比例与分配比例一致可消除信息差异带来的影响；信息劣势方减少其在总投资中的占比有利于其规避风险；信息劣势方如通过第三方信息情报服务获得信息平衡需考虑信息情报服务成本是否小于信息不对称时其遭受的损失。

This study measure of the Information Value with loss of Information underdog by construction model based on Information Asymmetry and marginal utility descending cooperation. The results showed that the information value related with investment ratio and income ratio of party with information superiority, the size investment ratio and income ratio of party with information superiority can influence the nature of information value.
